!Women Art Revolution

This essay is about Lynn Hershman Leeson's 2010 reparative feminist art historical documentary. I argue that Leeson is actually doing pretty nuanced work simultaneously documenting and incorporating critique of the feminist art movement from the 70s through to the release of the film, but it still doesn't quite go far enough. This one is hard to sum up because the film is incredibly complex, and I think my analysis reflects that. It's one I'm proud of.
